RD Fit Challenge 7

This week your challenge is to take an honest look at yourself. How committed have you been to the weekly challenges and what effect has it had on your overall health? You are now halfway through the program. You have completed your Relative Health Assessment as well as a Nutrition & Diet Plan. You have also begun to Cook at Home, Track Your Savings, Workout Regularly and Cut Out Bad Habits.

Good for you! All of these factors will be major contributors to your health and happiness as you continue to challenge yourself physically and mentally. We are at the halfway point now. You’ve done a lot but there is still much more to do. Let’s see where you are and either continue toward or re-evaluate the goals you set at the beginning of the challenge.

CHALLENGE: Review your progress and see how far you’ve come! If necessary, set revised goals for the last half of the RD Fit Lifestyle Challenge

RD Fit: Week 7 – – What to Do?

First, take a look at the Week 1 Challenge. Evaluate your health now and compare it to your first evaluation. What positive changes have you seen, not just in weight or inches but also in energy levels and sleep quality. You can compare the chart from week 1 to this week in order to find what categories you need to work harder in and in which categories do you need to simply keep up the good work!

Next, take a look at the challenges for weeks 2-6. Did you do each one for a week and then move on or did you build on each one by continuing challenges from the previous weeks while adding new challenges to your lifestyle. Your goal is to become a builder. When you get all of the challenges working at once, you will be optimizing your health!

Post your initial evaluation and this halfway evaluation somewhere that allows you to see it pretty often. It is a great reminder of what you are working towards.

RD Fit: Week 7 – – Where are you?

Let’s see where you are in the RD Fit: Lifestyle Challenge program.

Congratulations…you made it to the half way point! Rewards yourself with something small and relative to the challenges you have been going through.

For instance: Go out to a restaurant that makes your favorite healthy dish, get tickets to a sporting event or concert, buy a new pair of pants or just brag to your family and friends. Hey, you earned it!
